Requirements

In our recruitment process we set requirements for candidates based on real-life projects. We collect information from you, other companies from our client base and our experience. We meet with each potential team member and ask them to solve problems similar to those they will meet during projects’ realizations.

Appointed people from our team interview the candidates. Usually these are senior developers, project managers and HR business partners.
